How it works:
Envelopes are posted during the first week of each month via Royal Mail standard post.
Join before the 25th to receive the following month's edition. If you join after the 25th, your first envelope will arrive the month after.
Your subscription renews on the same date each month. Your membership includes worldwide postage.
You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.

What's in each envelope?
Each envelope includes a personal letter, a seasonal recipe, a collectible illustration, a curated playlist, and a thoughtfully chosen surprise, unique to each month's edition.
When does my envelope ship?
Envelopes are posted during the first week of each month via Royal Mail standard post. To keep membership affordable, deliveries aren't tracked. Please allow up to 14 business days for UK delivery and up to 21 business days internationally.
What if I join mid-month?
Join before the 25th to receive the following month's edition. Join after the 25th and your first envelope will arrive the month after.
When will I be billed?
Your subscription renews on the same date each month as your original sign-up.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. If you've already paid for an edition, it'll still be on its way to you.
What happens if my letter doesn't arrive?
If it hasn't turned up after 14 business days in the UK, or 21 business days internationally, email us at buttercreammailclub@gmail.com and we'll get it sorted.
