Shipping policy

Envelopes are sent as standard Royal Mail stamped letters — the same way you'd send a letter to a friend. This is how the price stays at £9.99 with no extra charges at checkout.

There is no tracking. Once your envelope is dispatched, it makes its way to you as standard post.

UK delivery: please allow up to 14 business days from the dispatch date.

International delivery: please allow up to 21 business days from the dispatch date.

Envelopes go out in the first week of each month for that edition.

Wrong address: please make sure your delivery address is correct when you subscribe. If an envelope is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we aren't able to resend at our cost.

Lost envelopes: if your envelope hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, get in touch and we'll sort a replacement.
