Here's a version that fits Buttercream's actual model (subscription + prepaid gift only, no pre-orders, no try-before-you-buy):

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription or a prepaid gift subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Buttercream Mail Club, you're charged £9.99 each month and receive a new envelope in the post. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. If you cancel, any envelope already paid for will still be sent to you. We don't refund postage already in progress. Cancelling before your next renewal date stops any future charges.

Envelopes are posted during the first week of each month. If you join or cancel close to your renewal date, please allow a little time for the change to take effect, since orders placed before the 25th are already prepared for the following month's post.

Gift subscriptions

Gift subscriptions (6 or 12 months) are paid in full at checkout and do not renew automatically. Because payment covers the full term upfront, gift subscriptions can't be cancelled once the order is placed. If you need to make a change, such as correcting a delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at buttercreammailclub@gmail.com and we'll do what we can before that month's envelopes are posted.
