Refund policy
Each envelope is made and sent specifically for you, so we're not able to offer refunds or cancellations once your order has been dispatched.
If your envelope arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement straight away. You don't need to return anything.
If your envelope hasn't arrived, please allow up to 14 business days from the dispatch date for UK delivery, and up to 21 business days for international delivery. If it still hasn't arrived after that window, contact us and we'll sort a replacement.
Cancellations apply to future renewals only. If your envelope for the current month has already been dispatched, that envelope will still be delivered. Cancellation stops the next charge — it doesn't affect anything already on its way.
EU subscribers have the right to cancel within 14 days of their first order under the Consumer Rights Directive.
